Student Learning Outcomes
Provide safe, quality, evidence-based patient centered nursing care in a variety of healthcare settings to diverse patients across the lifespan.
Engage in clinical judgment when making patient-centered care and other nursing decisions.
Participate in quality improvement processes to improve patient care outcomes.
Participate in teamwork and collaboration with all members of the healthcare team, including the patient.
Use information technology and patient care technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support clinical judgment.
Use leadership, management, legal, and ethical principles to guide practice as a Registered Nurse.
2023 Student Achievement Data
The Nursing Department annually releases student achievement data regarding graduates’ success on the licensure and/or certification examination, students’ completion of the nursing program, and graduates obtaining a job, as well as additional student achievement data as the governing organization/nursing program considers appropriate to demonstrate the extent to which graduates are adequately prepared.
