The Annual Summit, first established in 2012, plays an
important role in fulfilling the mission of Morton College. The goal of the Summit is to offer learning opportunities and community services that will provide attendees with a sense of empowerment and enhance their quality of life.
In 2014, the Summit has evolved to bring in motivated students from the local high schools to participate in networking with local executives and spending a day on campus to learn about the higher education process and potential careers.

The event includes activities that promote student involvement such as speed networking events and panel discussions.
Attendance has risen each year, and the increased interest, along with sponsorship of the event by area businesses, allows us to offer free student attendance.
