    Employee Network Data Access

    Network access forms must be completed by your supervisor. Forms are accessible and may be completed online on the MIS forms page.

    Barracuda Filter Support

    The Barracuda filter blocks users from accessing certain websites while on campus. If you need to access a blocked website, submit a ticket to the helpdesk online.

    Wireless Access

    Public Wi-Fi access is available in the college library area. Problems and issues regarding wireless access should be submitted online to our helpdesk representatives.

    System Backup and Recovery Services

    The MIS Department performs regularly scheduled backup services for files, servers. For more information, contact the helpdesk.

    Change Control

    MIS manages changes on our production servers, including, but not limited to, Ellucian, webservers, etc. To make a System Change Request, complete the online form and click the "Send Information" button. A change will be scheduled upon approval. Check the status of your request by clicking "Status."
