Parent (Observer role) or Students are not able to view grades if the they have an Assignment marked as exempt and a quick comment is made to the Assignment.
The grade entry field will sometimes double up so that there are now 2 grades and or 2 chevrons in the same column for a single Student.
A User goes into a Discussion Forum and clicks "Create thread", types their message text and clicks "submit" without having entered a Subject. They see a message stating they need a subject, click OK, an error is thrown, they click "OK" and the entire text of the message post that had already been written disappears.
Student's full name and User ID is present when inspecting the HTML code in the messages section of a Course.
When a student opens the course calendar and adds an event an error occurs and the event is not saved.
When using the "Show All" feature to list all Courses or Organizations, only the first default 25 items display in the page. Also there is no forward arrow and there are no other pages to use for navigation.
When copying only the banner from one course to another, the copy disables or turns off LTI links (such as Collaborate Ultra). Other tool settings are also reset.

Logon as Administrator or Instructor
Go to Course TOC > Grade Center > Full Grade Center
Click on Options Menu for Test Column
Click on Grade Questions
In the Responses column click on any number
Error message is displayed for any question type except Fill in the blank.
