Most colleges and universities make the application process affordable and offer application fee waivers. Most institutions have information about fee waivers on their websites and some provide application fee waivers upon request or allow applicants to download an application fee waiver.
In the event that fee waiver is not available from the institution you wish to apply to, Morton College can provide you with an application fee waiver. Please keep in mind that application fee waivers may not be accepted by all institutions.
You may use up to four of these application fee waivers.
To qualify for an application fee waiver, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- If you or your family receives public assistance.
- Applicantβs total family income is at or below the maximum amounts set by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
- The expected family contribution toward the studentβs college education is $0 verified by the Office of Financial Aid at the institution that has the studentβs most recent FAFSA information.
